So a couple of weeks ago Google released some more information about their Panda Algorithm. This was unlike Google as they don't usually release much information about them.

There was a lot of concern about quality and duplicated webpage content with Panda. It caused a lot of webmasters to cut back their content, ensure it was for the reader and not for SEO purposes and ensure it was accurate.

This was mainly because the Panda algorithm is basically about quality content. Good quality content.

There were a lot of things to take into consideration, but the main things to take away from this information was how critical it is to have good quality, well written and presented content for users. Writing content stuffed with keywords that you think will be beneficial, may well not be.

If you have a blog with active commenting, you need to ensure that this is managed in as much as it can be. The Panda's care about this!

We always try and explain this to our customers that content is king on the website and Google wants to see good useful, helpful, well written information on the pages it indexes.
